Many people come to coaching when life or work has become mentally and emotionally
demanding, and they no longer want to operate in constant pressure, overthinking or
exhaustion.
These one-to-one sessions offer a reflective and structured space to slow down,
think clearly and reconnect with what matters most.
Together we explore patterns, pressures, decision-making, emotional overload and the
wider context shaping your experience, so that change becomes more intentional, sustainable and aligned.
My background combines twenty years within financial institutions, advanced academic training in mathematics and coaching studies at Cambridge, alongside over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and ongoing study and practice in mindfulness, breathwork and body-based approaches.
The approach is thoughtful, practical and deeply human.
